In this key role, you will provide expert business partnering services, supporting line managers and executives in addressing employee relations and generalist HR matters with efficiency and precision.You will report to the Director People and Capability, and part of a diverse and purpose-led team. Together, you will ensure proactive, expert advice and business partnering, particularly regarding complex and sensitive employee relations (ER) matters including remuneration and organisational change. Your specialist advice will drive compliance, risk reduction and positive employee/business outcomes. In this role, there is the opportunity to mentor and guide the Senior and Generalist HR Partners in HR/ER approaches and best practices. It is essential that you have the breadth and depth of experience managing complex ER cases end-to-end, ensuring a strategic and thoughtful approach to resolving HR matters.To be successful in this role, you will have experience in conducting workplace investigations, managing complex employee grievances, and handling conduct and performance issues. You will bring expertise in case management frameworks and demonstrate strong collaboration skills.
