Position: Principal Advisor Investment As Principal Advisor Investment, your role is to provide specialist investment advice, guidance and analysis to enable decision making. This includes:
Gaining an in-depth understanding of the agency's fiscal environment and cost drivers.
Developing an investment model to enable informed investment decision making.
Delivering expert financial and investment analysis to support budget bids and business cases.
Providing expert advice and guidance to senior management on investment strategies, and financial planning and funding requirements in line with agency goals.
Key Responsibilities: Lead investment modelling and cost out services.
Provide investment guidance & analysis.
Minimum Requirements: Relevant qualifications in finance or economics and CA or CFA qualified.
A depth of experience developing and implementing investment frameworks and strategies ideally within a central government agency.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills, with advanced financial modelling skills and the use of data analysis tools and investment software.
Ability to work with complex data to make informed investment decisions and recommendations.
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills to build collaborative relationships and effectively communicate investment concepts to senior management.
A proactive and results-driven approach, with the ability to work independently and manage priorities.
