The strategy gives effect to Te Tiriti o Waitangi / The Treaty of Waitangi through our waka hourua partnered approach and dual-framing.You can find more about ACC and the work we do here.Mo te turanga mahi | About the roleReporting into the Employment Relations Lead, we have an exceptional opportunity for an experienced ER professional (Senior or Principal) to provide technical expertise to our senior leaders and support a lift in capability across People and Culture.In this role, you will be responsible for contributing to the design of our ER strategies, policies, and practices that support our people as well as providing technical expertise to complex ER cases and supporting bargaining.To view a position description, please click here.Mou | About youYou will be an experienced ER professional with a significant track record of providing subject matter expertise within large enterprise organisations.
Equally, you will have experience with complex ER cases, working with unions, and with bargaining.You will also bring:A strong understanding of NZ employment lawExperience with bargaining for large organisationsExceptional communication skills both written and verbalTechnical depth and significant experience leading complex ER mattersThe ability to build strong working relationships and lead through influence.Nga Hua Mahi ki ACC | Benefits of working at ACC:The salary range for this role starts at $137,401 with appointment dependent on skills, experience, and internal relativities.
