An opportunity has opened for an experienced Principal Advisor to lead our Talent Development work programme.
The programme is at an exciting point, with a new Leadership Framework designed, and leadership development programmes for every level of leadership underway.
This is a great opportunity for a driven and highly experienced OD Principal Advisor to get on board and work with HR colleagues, leaders, and the Executive to shape the future of the programmes and to design and embed the reinforcing mechanisms that ensure we make the most of our investment in leadership development.
To be successful in the role you will have: Passion for helping organisations develop exceptional leaders Significant experience leading programmes and strategies focused on leader and talent development Experience in the design, development, and delivery of general OD projects, activities, frameworks and strategies Significant experience building and managing complex relationships, particularly with senior and executive leaders Experience applying programme management skills to deliver high-value, high-profile projects and initiatives In depth knowledge of Leadership and Talent Development concepts, as well as evidence-based OD methods and techniques Strong problem solving, critical thinking, analysis, and communication skills An understanding of Te Reo Maori, Tikanga, and Te Ao Maori.
