The programme is at an exciting point, with a new Leadership Framework designed, and leadership development programmes for every level of leadership underway. This is a great opportunity for a driven and highly experienced OD Principal Advisor to get on board and work with HR colleagues, leaders, and the Executive to shape the future of the programmes and to design and embed the reinforcing mechanisms that ensure we make the most of our investment in leadership development.To be successful in the role you will have:Passion for helping organisations develop exceptional leadersSignificant experience leading programmes and strategies focused on leader and talent developmentExperience in the design, development, and delivery of general OD projects, activities, frameworks and strategiesSignificant experience building and managing complex relationships, particularly with senior and executive leadersExperience applying programme management skills to deliver high-value, high-profile projects and initiativesIn depth knowledge of Leadership and Talent Development concepts, as well as evidence-based OD methods and techniquesStrong problem solving, critical thinking, analysis, and communication skillsAn understanding of Te Reo Maori, Tikanga, and Te Ao Maori.We're tackling some meaty strategic issues as part of a supportive, collaborative, and innovative team.
