The primary focus of this role is to support our internal stakeholders, who include a national network of branches, salespeople, and our Category team, to provide customer-focused pricing services.Daily you will be responsible for:Providing timely responses to our national Mico network for a variety of requests delivering great customer service.Ongoing maintenance of our national pricing model to ensure it remains market relevant.Maintenance of customer and project pricing with associated supplier quotes ensuring data accuracy and minimum margins are adhered to.Ad hoc analysis and reporting to support both the operational and strategic initiatives relating to pricing.Problem diagnosis and resolution within our ERP system, JDE.This is a Fixed-Term Maternity Cover role, offering 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday, based in either our Auckland or Christchurch offices.About you:We are looking for a skilled data analyst or administrator who has proven experience in relationship building, dealing with various stakeholders, reporting, and analysis.The key attributes we are looking for include:Strong Administration and/or Coordination background - experience in Data/Analysis and/or Reporting.Industry experience or knowledge is nice to have but not required.MS Excel confidence - Intermediate to Advanced level.Familiarisation with JDE or similar ERP systems.Your ability to build meaningful working relationships and a great helping attitude is crucial to supporting our internal and external stakeholders.Your attention to detail combined with your organised and proactive approach will be essential to deliver high-quality results.What we can offer you:In return, we'll offer you a great salary, excellent training and development opportunities to further your career, and a strong and supportive team environment.
