About the role This is an exciting new position for the right candidate to swoop in and make their own.
You will be joining our incredible Payment Operations team who are our centre of excellence for client service support regarding Payments, Premium funding, and Insurer Settlements.
Based in Auckland, this role will report to a Premium Funding Manager (PFM) who will support you as you learn the various premium funding processes.
This role forms part of a larger Pacific team with an Australian based team available to support also.

What the day will look like Although not two days are the same, a typical day may include: Regular collaboration with your PFM regarding your ongoing workload/development plans.
Daily interactions with internal colleagues to discuss and compare work processes/updates.
On an ad hoc basis you will attend face-to-face team meetings to discuss new/ongoing work.
Processes renewing and growing Premium Funding sales in the various client segments.
Helping to develop relationships with key Client Managers across our business to support their drive to sell Premium Funding and provide excellent service to clients.
Contributing to overall Client Payment objectives and growth in other segments and markets as opportunities arise.
Developing relationships with colleagues & funders to ensure client needs are met.
Effectively responding to all queries, concerns and issues from brokers and funders surrounding client issues, defaults and cancellations.
Identifying process improvement opportunities.

You will be coming from a strong administration background with outstanding attention to detail and the ability to juggle several things at once with ease.
You'll be a top-notch communicator and can effectively plan and prioritise your day to meet your daily targets and deadlines.
