The role: As a Premier Rewards Host, you'll be:
The ambassador of SkyCity! Meeting & greeting our wonderful customers when they enter our precinct.Assisting with customer queries - directions, recommendations etc.Hosting at our desks on the main gaming floor.Getting involved in the daily bingo, coat check & premier rewards memberships.Ensuring all our guests have a fantastic time and an unforgettable experience!You: This will suit you if you are:
Fun and outgoing with tons of energy.Vivacious by nature, you'll love spending your day talking to our customers and promoting our loyalty programme.Reliable, flexible, and versatile.You have impeccable dress standards, cohesive teamwork, and outstanding service levels.You really are a superstar!The ability to speak multiple languages, particularly Mandarin/Cantonese, would be fantastic!The must-have's: You'll need to be at least 20 years of age to work in our Casino and have the flexibility to work across different shifts. We currently have opportunities working across our 24/7 operation, but strong availability to pick up a number of shifts per week would be advantageous.
