Job duties: This role will LEAD estimates independently and potentially lead a small team on an estimate by estimate basis.

Prepares work to be estimated by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents. Identifies labor, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents. Computes costs by analyzing labor, material, and time requirements.

Minimum Requirements: Candidates must have experience in large scale estimating jobs in commercial construction. Over ten years of experience in commercial estimating is preferred.
