Pre-School Manager (Term Time Only) - Bedfordshire Job Title: Pre-School Manager (Term Time Only) Job Summary: An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Early Years manager to join our committee-run village pre-school from September 2018.
The right candidate will have a passion to lead, excellent knowledge of the EYFS, and a commitment to seeing Bizzy Bees grow.
You will manage the day-to-day running of the pre-school, including coordinating the provision of a caring, safe, secure, and stimulating environment.
You will manage a staff team, working in partnership with parents and the committee to ensure high standards are maintained at all times.
You will be the designated safeguarding lead for the setting, promoting the welfare of children, staff, and parents/carers.
Bizzy Bees offers sessional & all-day childcare to 2-4yr olds, Monday to Friday term time only, in addition to five training days.
41.25hr working week, including 2.5 hours paid PPA (8:00am – 4:15pm).
Minimum Requirements: Paediatric first aid trained Competent with Microsoft Office Level 4 or 5 qualification Previous experience of using Tapestry Salary: Between £23,000 – £24,000, depending on experience.
Salary band includes PPA and paid out of hours meetings.
