Located in our established Miramar clinic, with its warm and friendly feel, and loyal customers, we are seeking an organised and professional Practice Manager to help keep our clinic running smoothly and efficiently.

This is a full-time, permanent position, working 40 hours per week, Mondays to Fridays.
What you'll be doing:
Develop and review clinic policies and procedures.
Rostering shifts for clinic team.
Coaching and supporting your team.
Ensuring compliance by the practice in areas such as OSH, equal opportunity, privacy, and industrial relations.
Implementing and organising in-clinic training.
What we're looking for:
You have a recognised Diploma in Veterinary Nursing or equivalent qualification.
You are proficient in all-round clinical and surgical nursing (experienced nurse).
You've got customer service experience and you work well in a team.
You have computer skills and don't mind learning new technology.
You're passionate about the veterinary industry and high standards of patient care.
You ideally have some clinical management experience.
Can-do attitude, passionate about managing both people and a clinic.
