EastCare is in the heart of Aranui, a culturally diverse, vibrant community in East Christchurch. We are a close-knit supportive team that understands the importance of holistic patient care, embodying manaakitanga and making use of wrap-around services to best meet the unique needs of our patients.As part of the Tamaki Health Group, New Zealand's largest independent primary healthcare group, we make the most of being part of a large network with shared resources and administrative support.As a Practice Manager, you will be the central person to ensure our clinic operates smoothly and efficiently, supporting our clinical teams in delivering outstanding patient care.It is an exciting time to join Eastcare as we continue to refine our model of care, grow our enrolments and improve our business systems and processes. You will be instrumental in these development initiatives, so this is a great opportunity to make your mark on a practice that has a lot of potential.A full position description is available.
