In this role you will be responsible for growing the capabilities of our Business Insights & Analytics Practice, in alignment with Mercury's transition to a future ready state. In addition to enhancing the team's technical skills, you will help enable data-driven decision-making within the Customer Value Streams. This role can be based in our Tauranga or Auckland offices. Key Responsibilities: Design professional standards (operating norms) for the Practice Lead and mentor the team, creating opportunities for skill development, role diversification, and career growth. Set the strategic direction for the practice, including capabilities, tools, technologies, and processes. Work with Delivery Leads to allocate skillsets effectively across squads and projects, ensuring optimal delivery to business and customer expectations. Identify future capability needs based on upcoming projects and continuously assess resource allocation.
