We need someone with a very particular mix of skills.
Skills acquired over a long career.
Skills that make you a nightmare for boring, culturally insensitive social media campaigns.
If you have: 6+ years of experience in social media marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Proficiency in te reo Maori and deep understanding of tikanga Maori (ideally).
A data-driven approach combined with cultural intuition and boundless creativity.
Confidence across all social platforms – from TikTok to LinkedIn and beyond.
A passion for working alongside diverse communities and translating cultural insights into engaging content.
The ability to bring in new business and manage key client relationships.
