Key Account Manager with Transactions experience Commercial Portfolio across New Zealand Auckland | Tamaki Makaurau CBRE is a global real estate and property services organization.

Responsible for the day-to-day real estate management of this portfolio, you will enjoy building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships whilst implementing and delivering the overall portfolio strategy across the client's portfolio (mixture of owned and leased assets).
The Opportunity Autonomous role managing and reporting of the client portfolio (119 sites across NZ, 60 leased and 59 freehold).
Working with the client to develop, implement and lead a best-practice real estate strategy and delivering associated transaction activity.
Transactions including lease renewals, rent reviews, acquisition, divestment, and contract administration.
Collate information to prepare lease proposal packages.
Manage clients' rental and outgoings payments and monthly financial reporting.
Identify opportunities to drive efficiencies for CBRE.

About you: Experienced in portfolio or estates management with some transactions experience.
Knowledge of leases and property contracts/NZ property law.
Property degree qualified or similar.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to build strong working relationships across all stakeholders.
