In this key leadership role within the Business Products and Payments team, you'll lead strategic change initiatives, ensuring they align with our product vision and strategy, as well as achieving intended business outcomes post implementation.Working closely with the Head of Business Lending Product and Payments, you'll define portfolio strategies, leveraging data insights, stakeholder feedback, and best practices. You'll prioritise resources, oversee governance, and foster collaboration across teams to achieve high-impact results.As a leader, you'll inspire a high-performance culture, champion talent development, and drive engagement across the team and stakeholders.
