The role We're looking for an experienced and motivated Portfolio and Pricing Analyst to join our high-performing Actuarial & Pricing team.
Partnering with various business areas at Ando, you will assist in delivering Ando's strategic outcomes through smart and evolving insight and analytics solutions.

Responsibilities Working closely with portfolio managers in providing portfolio analysis, insights, and analytical support for data-driven decision making.Conduct statistical modelling and data analysis to evaluate claims, premiums, risks, and trends.Prepare and present reports to key stakeholders including senior management to communicate pricing recommendations and insights.Implementation of pricing updates to pricing algorithms.Collaborate across the wider business including underwriting, claims, IT, data, and finance teams to ensure pricing strategies align with overall business objectives.Staying up to date with the latest developments and insights on data trends, including AI, machine learning, and emerging trends in insurance pricing.Qualifications and experience Tertiary qualifications in a statistics, engineering, computer and/or data analytics related field.At least 3-5 years industry experience in an insurance pricing, business intelligence, programming, or data analytics field.Strong modelling skills.An understanding and experience in a wide variety of BI tools, data, and modelling languages (R, Python, SQL, Qlik).Demonstrated experience in proactively partnering with business units to identify and develop insight and analytics solutions.Innovation and creativity with a strong desire to develop novel solutions.Ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders and be approachable.Want to surround yourself with great people?
