New role in a newly established team Wellington based Salary midpoint of $91,501, actual salary dependent on your experience Ko ake mahi - What you'll do In this role you will Analyse the performance of the current digital portfolio to identify and define opportunities for consolidation, alignment and support the development of investment business cases.
You will also be responsible for implementing performance frameworks that monitor the ongoing performance of the portfolio, and initiatives within it to ensure investments are achieving desired outcomes.
You will also Map and analyse business processes and capabilities across the Ministry of Health Perform cost-benefit analysis, risk assessment, and impact forecasting for new initiatives & monitor the performance of inflight initiatives Provide regular reports on the status and impact of digital projects Ko pukenga - What you'll bring Strong analytical and reporting skills (including advanced Excel skills) Strategic leadership skills that support process design, development and implementation Experience in applying critical thinking & using ound judgement to develop processes and procedures for operational teams Significant experience of driving work programmes, ensuring delivery of work is to expected quality Ability to talk about complex issues clearly and concisely to a range of stakeholders Ko wai matou - About us At Manatu Hauora – Ministry of Health we are the kaitiaki of the health system, providing leadership and driving strategy and performance.
