About your new role
Reporting to the Finance Manager, this role is essential for the financial management of a portfolio of properties. You will get the opportunity to offer your insights and business partner with multiple stakeholders across the organisation.
Your core duties will include:
Preparation of monthly management reports and analysis;Preparation of bank and balance sheet reconciliations;Financial compliance management including annual financial statements and audit preparation;Taxation management including BAS, PAYG and GST compliance;Oversee accounts payable, receivable, and monthly invoicing;Assisting with ad-hoc analysis and projects.About you!
You will be a CA/CPA qualified hands-on self-starter who loves to work within a team, are customer-focused with high-level attention to detail. You are commercially minded and operate with initiative and drive. You will be confident communicating with senior leaders of the group and enjoy collaboration and working as part of a team.
Property industry experience is preferable but not essential.
