This is your chance to lead our current in-house plumbing division and share in the company's success.Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership Role: Report directly to the General Manager, taking charge of continuing the growth and leading the plumbing division on a day-to-day basis.Team Building: Direct Earth has an ISO system in place surrounding Quality, Environmental and Health and Safety standards. This role requires you to assist implement policies and procedures while adding to your team of plumbers.Project Management: Scope, quote, and review incoming projects, coordinating and leading your team to deliver top results.Collaboration: Work closely with other division managers, enjoying autonomy in managing the plumbing division as if it were your own business.Job Security: Benefit from a steady pipeline of work, ensuring long-term job stability.What We're Looking ForCertification: You must be a registered certifying plumber, gas fitter or drain layer, or all of the above.Experience: Whether you have several years of experience and are looking to step off the tools or are young and eager to develop your leadership skills, we want to hear from you.Leadership: A natural leader with confidence in managing projects and motivating a team.Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office products is essential.
