Plumbing & Heating Engineer

Location: BH23 4JE
Contract: Full time | Permanent | Static
Work Hours: 40 Hours per week | 1 in 4 call out Rota
About the role:
As a Plumbing & Heating Engineer, you will work with a variety of Mitie clients, performing inspections and repairs on commercial plumbing and drainage systems. Your responsibilities will include pipework inspections, adaptations, and repairs, ensuring top-level service and clear communication with clients. You will also maintain accurate documentation and logs of all work performed. This role requires a strong understanding of Health & Safety procedures and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide top-level service to clients, answer queries, report defects, and keep clients informed during service visits.
Complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time, maintaining logs of inspection reports and remedial work.

Requirements:

Knowledge of Health & Safety, Permit to Work procedures, and safe working systems.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Physical ability to perform job duties.
Background in Maintenance/Facilities Management or similar.
C&G Level 2 / NVQ Level 2 or equivalent technical diploma.
SC Clerance
Driving licence
Legionella awareness (Desirable)
