Jobs - Job Details - Platform Delivery Manager (Security Services) Careers at Suncorp Take the next step.Be part of something bigger at Suncorp.Platform Delivery Manager (Security Services) Job No: 671697 Brisbane - Inner Suburbs & CBD Permanent Full Time IT Pay Band 6 Collaborate and provide technical leadership to the business for Security ServicesGreat culture, supportive leadership, and fantastic team environmentBrisbane location with hybrid work model About the role The Platform Delivery Manager (Security Services) orchestrates the collective delivery activity within their Platform and across other Platforms to deliver the Platform Plan and takes responsibility for managing work, pipeline planning and delivery across Squads.The Platform Delivery Manager works closely with the leadership team to plan for and deliver outcomes and manage the backlog to achieve the outcomes outlined in the Cyber Security Strategy.They work with Product Owners to prioritise and refine backlogs into meaningful missions and objectives to drive high performance and coordinate interdependencies between Squads.What you'll do Co-ordinate's delivery across all squads in a platform including the balancing of time constraints, scope management, risk management and quality.Maintains roadmap and quarterly planning.Supports work breakdown and delivery planning.Maintains delivery plans to ensure outcomes are delivered.Status reporting and tracking from beginning to end.Provide Support to team members who operate an on-call function 24/7.What you'll bring 5-10+ years' experience in Cyber Security.Demonstrated experience in providing management and business advice on security concerns.Effective experience working in leadership roles in large, complex organisations.Proven people leadership skills including coaching, providing feedback and difficult conversations.Previous IT and IT Security experience within a large organisation.Experience in financial services, banking and insurance regarded.What we can offer you Competitive benefits package and excellent work culture.Excellent discounts on a range of retail favourite stores as well as banking and insurance products.A range of flexible working and leave options, including 20 weeks paid parental leave and unlimited paid emergency response leave.Invest in your brighter future with ongoing study support and career development programs.
