We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Plant Manager to join our team and lead the next phase of our operational transformation.The Role:As the Plant Manager, you will lead a team to optimize production processes, ensure the integration of new technologies, and maintain equipment to improve operational efficiency. This role is critical to the growth and success of One Pure, aligning with our business objectives and production targets.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the production process to ensure maximum efficiency and output.Lead the maintenance and optimization of plant equipment and machinery.Develop and implement strategies for process improvement, technology integration, and operational efficiency.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.Manage the plant budget and ensure cost-effective operations.Lead, train, and mentor plant staff to ensure high levels of performance and job satisfaction.Work closely with senior management to align plant operations with overall business objectives.To be successful in your role, you will have:Experience in Plant Operations: Demonstrated experience managing a manufacturing or bottling plant, with a focus on technology integration and process improvement.Leadership & Team Management: Proven ability to lead and develop teams in a production environment.Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to identify and resolve bottlenecks, breakdowns, and operational challenges.Process Improvement: Experience in implementing Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies to optimize efficiency.Health & Safety Compliance: Strong understanding of HSE regulations and their application in a production setting.Budget & Cost Management: Experience in managing plant budgets and ensuring cost-effective operations.What We Offer:A dynamic and supportive work environment.The opportunity to lead and shape a key part of One Pure's future growth.Career growth and development opportunities in a fast-growing company.How to Apply:If you are ready to take on this exciting opportunity and contribute to the success of One Pure, we would love to hear from you soon!
