As a core function of this support is the IST team comprised of many different business units and experienced people. You will be part of the IST Customer Service unit that is responsible for the quality of IST service and support to its customers and champions a customer service focus across the IST Group and outsourced service providers.
In this role you will champion the ongoing development and delivery of the IST strategy and Roadmap to drive accountability, business planning processes, performance measures frameworks and IST organisation reporting.
Mo te tunga | About the role: Analyse and Evaluate: Utilise advanced analytical methods to assess performance metrics and contribute to strategic planning efforts.Collaborate: Work closely with various stakeholders to develop innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency.Support Governance: Working alongside the Change Manager to support the MI Process and governance of change.Communicate Insights: Present findings through compelling narratives and visualisations to inform decision-making at all levels.To kete | What you will bring to the role: Strong experience with change and releases management through the IT system/software development life cycle.You will bring your knowledge of ITIL framework and preferably certified to ITIL Foundation levels.Familiar with the Prince2 Project Management methodology and preferably certified to Foundation level and experience of Service Now would be beneficial.Nga ahuatanga kei a matou | What's in it for you?
