The role As a Planning and Delivery Advisor, you will support the planning and reporting processes primarily for the GeoNet programme and the delivery of GeoNet products and services.
You will collaborate closely with project leaders to ensure that appropriate levels of project planning and documentation exist.
Additionally, you will lead initiatives to ensure that reporting is able to continually evolve and remain fit for purpose.
Responsibilities Your primary responsibility will be to:
Facilitate development programme plans and the associated documentation.Support monitoring of product and service performance framework.Promote, and support staff to make the best use of, tools that support delivery management and performance monitoring.About you The ideal candidate will have:
A proven track record in planning and reporting.Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.Analytical mindset with strong written and oral communication skills.Relevant tertiary qualification or experience.Experience in a research or science organisation is desirable.Why work for GNS Science? This is a permanent, full time (38 hours per week) role and is based at our campus in Avalon, Lower Hutt.
The salary range for this position is between $87,975 to $97,750 depending on the successful candidate's experience.
