About the Role: Providing robust planning and consenting advice on industrial, commercial & residential developments. Representing council and RMA interests in pre-applications meetings and hearings. Providing sound, expert and robust advice on the Resource Management Act and the District Plan. Developing partnerships within the organisation to meet customer needs and demonstrate a 'customer first' culture within the team. Supporting and participating in the long term and annual planning processes for Council when required. About You: A tertiary qualification in resource management planning or a similar related qualification. Able to demonstrate processing and decision-making competence in a wide range of consents.
