About The Role We are looking for a kick arse Planner Buyer to contribute to planning responsibilities in the account service team, developing media recommendations and plans that support the client brief, communication and channel strategy. The role will manage smaller clients with limited supervision and work alongside our great Business Directors on a portfolio of larger clients. They will share responsibility with the Business Directors for managing junior support. Core Functions: Planning, Negotiation, Buying, Research and Analysis About you 2-3 years' experience in media agencies and qualified to work in NZ Understanding of media fundamentals and foundational planning capability Digital understanding is a must, but you will not require on-hands tools experience as we have dedicated digital people in the team Confidence in the use of media research and reporting resources as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) Good knowledge of the NZ media landscape Strong written, communication, and presentation skills Problem-solving capabilities with excellent attention to detail and proven analytical and mathematical skills Able to work successfully within a team, handling workload, and meeting deadlines under pressure Most importantly, you have a growth mindset, are curious, passionate, a great team player, and enjoy a friendly, inclusive work culture.
