The Opportunity: Join this privately-owned firm and provide administrative and coordination support to psychotherapeutic professionals so that they can focus on delivering their clinical expertise to clients across New Zealand.
You will be part of a small but dynamic team who provide integrated services to their providers who are registered and experienced Psychiatrists, Psychologists and Social Workers, trained to supply treatment and assessments to their key clients.
This is a permanent, full-time (35-40 hours) role, predominantly based in the office due to the nature of the role.
The Role: Reporting to the Managing Director, your main responsibility will be to assess and match clients to the relevant Provider, based on location and personality fit.
You will be dealing with highly sensitive information and material and the role also has a strong coordination / administration element to it.
Key duties and responsibilities will include: Answering client queries and responding to client feedback Placing client with suitable Providers and managing client wait list Managing a portfolio of Providers, ensuring their client-related tasks are completed in full, on time, and according to specification Reviewing Provider reports and providing feedback in conjunction with your team to ensure reports meet ACC requirements Understanding the requirements of the service and answering related Provider queries Assisting Providers with the administration of the services they provide Delivering initial training and induction to new Providers CMS administration and monitoring Purchase order adjustment About You: You will be someone who is genuine and vocationally motivated in order to help and assist clients.
Previous experience working in the health sector will be highly beneficial as well as the ability to deal with sensitive material.
Strong coordination and administration skills are non-negotiable, and you will have the ability to cope with ambiguity.
Being considerate, supportive and having a sense of humor will go a long way!
