Responsibilities: Customer facing: taking orders and answering phone calls
Communication with kitchen team
Serving and clearing tables
Cleaning
Dish washing
Food preparation and cooking
Site sanitation, clearing rubbish bins and recycling
Wood fire prep, fire wood chopping and maintaining wood fire
Opportunity to be trained in pizza making
Requirements: Kitchen and server experience is desirable.
