The candidate will need to be comfortable doing different jobs.  
Customer facing taking orders and answering phone calls 
Communication with kitchen team
Serving and clearing tables 
Cleaning
Dish washing 
Food preparation and cooking 
Site sanitation, clearing rubbish bins and recycling 
Wood fire prep, fire wood chopping and maintaining wood fire
Opportunity to be trained in pizza making 
Kitchen and server experience is desirable.
Trading days Wednesday to Sunday
