Are you a warm and welcoming person who loves to connect with others and share parenting experiences?
Join Whanau Awhina Plunket as a Group Facilitator and become an integral part of our supportive Community Services team.
As a Group Facilitator, you'll create a relaxed and inviting environment where parents with babies of all ages can come together. Unlike our PIN Groups, drop-in coffee groups are more informal, attracting different parents each week and allowing for more extended interactions. This setting offers you the wonderful opportunity to build lasting connections with parents over time.
From setting up the cozy meeting space to greeting parents with a friendly smile, your presence will make every parent feel valued and accepted. You'll assist visiting guest speakers in leading discussions on vital topics such as sleep, feeding, and car seat safety, whilst nurturing a strong sense of community and belonging.
Together, we'll create a safe space where parents can share their joys, challenges, and everything in between. If you're ready to make a meaningful impact in the lives of fellow parents and their precious pepi, join us as a Group Facilitator and be part of something truly special.
