Job Responsibilities:
The successful applicant will be responsible for the picking, packing and dispatching of goods for courier and bulk transport, with use of fully electric Jungheinrich 3-wheel forklifts, man-up order pickers and man-up turret trucks. There will be a requirement to assist with container devanning and ensure that areas are kept in a clean and tidy condition. Picking and dispatching accuracy are paramount.
Pre-employment Requirements:
TopmaQ requires all successful candidates to complete a pre-employment medical which includes a drug and alcohol test, a pre-employment Ministry of Justice check, and a pre-employment ACC check.
The successful applicant will report to the TopmaQ Christchurch Warehouse Manager and will receive training in the computer and warehouse management systems adopted by the company.
Working Hours:
Hours of work will be Mon-Fri 8:30am - 5:00pm with a requirement for rostered Saturday work (currently 9am-1pm, approximately once per month).
