The Madeira Hotel, situated in vibrant Akaroa, is recruiting for the summer season. The pub has a thriving food culture and has built a reputation for it's excellent casual dining experience. Akaroa is a busy tourism focused town with a great outdoor lifestyle and hospitality community. The Madeira is a local hub for young and old whether they are local or travelling through. 
We are looking to recruit someone with a passion for what they do, who has experience in the kitchen and is looking for a new challenge. 
The applicant will need to meet the following requirements:
Consistently prepare high standards of foodMust be capable to work alone as well as part of a teamAt least two years of experience in the kitchenEnsure high standards of cleanliness working within our Food Control PlanRemuneration will be based on experience and qualifications.
Must be eligible to work in New Zealand
