Haurora a Toi, Bay of Plenty are seeking a Paedicatric Musculoskeletal/Orthopaedic Physiotherapist to join the Paediatric Orthopaedic Triage Service. This service is a physiotherapy led orthopaedic triage and assessment service. The role primarily involves the provision of a comprehensive assessment, formulation of a diagnosis of an Orthopaedic/musculoskeletal condition and identification of an appropriate Orthopaedic management pathway. You will be well supported, working in outpatient setting with other physiotherapists who value continued professional development, mentoring, supervision, and ongoing training.

As the ideal person for this role, you will have the following skills and attributes:
NZ registration as a Physiotherapist with current Annual Practicing Certificate Significant experience in Paediatric Physiotherapy, ideally have completed postgraduate study in paediatrics Sound clinical reasoning skills and use of evidence-informed practice The ability to work well independently and in a team environment Effective time management, prioritisation and organisation skills Drive, energy and initiative with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Situated in the sunny eastern coast of New Zealand's North Island, the Bay of Plenty really is just that, offering vast golden sand beaches, bush clad mountains, lush farmlands and more.
