position - parental leave contract from February to end December 2025!If you're ready to contribute your creative expertise, collaborate with a fun and fast-paced team, and work across a range of exciting work, we want to hear from you!Job DescriptionOur in-house creative team is responsible for ensuring our content, advertising, and always-on campaigns are engaging, on-brand and look the best – standing out in all the right ways!
You'll work across a variety of omnichannel marketing touchpoints, helping deliver compelling imagery that supports our retail goals.As Photographer, your work will blend the creative and technical photography expertise plus organisational skills to keep the work and projects running on time and smoothly – all while, dare we say, having fun!
With our diverse product ranges and retail offering, your day could involve working on model/people (and sometimes animal) shoots, product or lifestyle photography.Responsibilities include:Styling, producing and retouching photographic imagery through to finished images – keeping to brief and meeting our omnichannel needs - media, online, in store.Produce high standard model shoots, product and lifestyle photography/video as per brief both within studio or on locationStyle the desired creative look and feel meeting creative direction, style guide, brand guidelines and product allocations across all advertising channels and online imagery ensuring consistent executionEnsure image processing/retouching of images follow the critical paths, quality and agreed style guide for all studio and supplier images used for marketing are metResearch competitors and other social media insights and strive to continually improve/create the latest trendsQualificationsThis role is perfect for a photographer who has experience managing projects and enjoys collaborating with a variety of stakeholders.
If you're passionate about capturing powerful visual content and have the organisational skills to manage a creative workflow, this role is for you!Photography Skills: Strong portfolio showcasing your creative photography work, with a focus on retail or product photographyProject Management Experience: 1-3 years in a creative project management role, coordinating shoots and managing timelinesOrganisational Strengths: Excellent time management, organisational, and communication skillsCreative Collaboration: Comfortable collaborating with internal teams, designers, art directors, and external agenciesProblem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve challenges efficiently, ensuring everything stays on trackRetail Experience: Previous experience in a fast-paced retail environment and related photography experienceTraits we value:Creative mindset with a keen eye for detailCan-do attitude and positive approach to challengesFlexibility and adaptability, thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentExcellent team player who enjoys working collaborativelyAdditional InformationJoin our dynamic team and help us bring our brands and products to life!
