Job Description Working as a chef in pastry you will be involved in: Learning new pastry tips and tricks Production of fine pastry goods for the restaurant, events, conferencing and staff celebrations Driving service standards to ensure the highest service delivery possible.
Qualifications What you will bring with you?
A minimum of one year experience in a commercial kitchen Some pastry experience or a desire to learn the art of pastry Exceptional organisational and guest service delivery skills Thorough understanding around kitchen hygiene, environmental and food safety standards.
