This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a dynamic working environment and take pride in delivering excellent customer care.Location: Hamilton branch, servicing clients in Thames, Coromandel, Whitianga, Paeroa and Te Aroha areas.Working Hours: Full-time, with potential weekend work, overnight stays, and occasionally stay away from home.Benefits:Free Southern Cross Healthcare.Comprehensive training and qualification.Company vehicle, fuel card and mobile phone.Uniform and PPE equipment.Access to our employee reward program and career progression.Key Responsibilities:Conduct inspections of customer premises to identify signs of pest infestations.Implement effective pest control measures and advise customers on prevention techniques.Maintain accurate records of services provided and follow up as needed.Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.Requirements:Full NZ driving licence with a clean record; the ability to drive a manual vehicle is preferable.Physically fit and capable of following health and safety guidelines.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Adaptable to varying hours and overtime work.Willingness to drive long distances and stay away from home if required.The ability to shoot and a gun licence is preferable.Prior experience in pest control is advantageous but optional; training will be provided.Please note that the successful candidate may need to undergo a pre-employment assessment, which includes a medical check and drug test; a criminal background check conducted by the Ministry of Justice, and verification of references.
The results must meet Rentokil Initial's satisfactory criteria.
