To deliver the world's best fitness experiences we're looking for an outstanding Personal Training Manager to lead our team at Les Mills Hutt City.Reporting to the Club Manager, you will be working as part of a tightly-knit management team. As Personal Training Manager, you'll own the space of growing and developing a team of successful PTs.You'll be recruiting, training, coaching, inspiring and leading your teams to smash their targets for member satisfaction and service.You will ideally:Have at least 5 years of PT experienceHave experience running a high performing teamHave experience creating departmental plans and budgetsBe an inspirational leader with the ability and desire to develop culture and talent within a large and diverse teamHave a fitness story and be committed to a healthy lifestyleOur team is passionate and relentless in the pursuit of health and wellness.
