The Manager - Smart Council has a very busy function to look after. With our current PA off to start her exciting new role, we are looking for someone equally amazing to step in and cover this busy role of complex schedule keeping and acting as a trusted advisor to the Manager, Smart Council.
This role covers the full range of organisational and administrative duties including diary and inbox management, document and financial management, meeting coordination and correspondence, project support and administration, and ensuring effective and efficient information flows.
In this role, top-notch organisational skills and customer service focus are a must, as are great relationship management skills, an ability to anticipate and plan, manage competing priorities, and help continue to build strong team culture.
You'll have a positive 'can-do' attitude and thrive in a busy environment where the expectations are high. We are looking for someone with proven experience in supporting senior managers and an ability to navigate through complex environments.
You will have exceptional communication skills and can show initiative, resilience, and patience. You will be able to deal effectively and professionally with a variety of individuals and tasks all with competing levels of priority. You will always have a cheerful & positive attitude and be comfortable with systems and changing technologies.Maintaining confidentiality and exercising extreme discretion when dealing with sensitive information is essential.
Some flexibility around working from home will be available, however, due to the busy nature of this role, this position will be required to be in the office four days a week.
