About the Role As the Personal Assistant to our Managing Partner, you'll play a vital role in ensuring efficient and seamless day-to-day operations of the firm, functioning on both an internal and externally facing stage. Your position will provide exposure to internal decision-making processes and sensitive business matters, requiring a high degree of discretion. You will also be a key point of contact for business stakeholders and an organiser of important community events, making this a dynamic and rewarding role. Key Responsibilities Executive Support: Manage the Managing Partner's calendar, schedule meetings, coordinate travel, and prepare for critical business and leadership engagements. Confidential Assistance: Handle confidential information and manage internal communications with professionalism and discretion. Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including clients, community leaders, and industry professionals, acting as a professional and courteous representative of the firm. Event & Meeting Coordination: Assist events teams with facilitation and support of community and networking events as well as leadership meetings, ensuring they run smoothly and support the firm's goals and brand image. Document & Policy Management: Assist with document preparation, follow-up actions, and record-keeping to support key decisions within the firm. Legal Administration: Jump-in and help out the team's busy legal secretaries as required with matters, including preparation for upcoming Court Appearances, board meetings, or end-of-month invoicing.
