We are looking for an extraordinary PA to proactively support and work alongside our General Manager Mental Health and Addictions and services. This role is based at Corporate Office Braemar Site Nelson Hospital, and you will engage daily with our people at every level of the organisation.
The salary for this position is $74,090 to $81,864 per annum pro rata based on a full-time position.

We are looking for an experienced and energetic self-starter with confidence, a vibrant personality, a sense of humour and a passion to make a real difference to enable our communities to live well, stay well and get well. You will bring several years of experience in a similar role ideally within the health sector, or other complex environments.
Your communication skills will be second to none, so too your commitment to providing excellent customer service. You will display confidence in prioritising your own workflow and managing your deadlines. You will be working as part of a high performing team and will consistently display confidentiality and discretion.
The successful candidate must be eligible to work in New Zealand or hold a valid NZ work visa at the time of applying.

An experienced and positive outlook with a real desire to help people
Advanced organisational and planning ability
Ability to remain calm in high demand situations
Proven experience of minute taking, diary management
Ability to exercise appropriate initiative and a proactive approach
A willingness to be flexible, innovative and undertake other duties as required
Empathy and respect for individuals from diverse backgrounds
An enquiring mind and desire to grow
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
