As a Personal Assistant, you will support the CEO and Senior Leadership Team, providing high-level administrative assistance and gaining valuable insight into the strategic workings of a leading business.

The Role
As the Personal Assistant, you will work directly with the CEO and Senior Leadership Team, ensuring their administrative needs are met while supporting the broader objectives of the organisation.
Key responsibilities include:
Acting as the first point of contact for the Executive Team, managing internal and external communications.Coordinating complex diary management, travel arrangements, and prioritising tasks in a fast-paced setting.Organising internal and external events, ensuring every detail is meticulously handled.Managing Board/Committee meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and action follow-ups.Overseeing multiple projects, generating reports, and tracking progress.Supporting HR tasks and providing administrative backup when needed.Handling a variety of ad hoc administrative duties to facilitate smooth operations. Your Profile
We are looking for someone who brings:
A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Personal Assistant, ideally within the Property sector or a similar fast-paced environment.Outstanding organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities with ease.A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine enthusiasm for collaboration and problem-solving.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
