Seeking a highly skilled Personal Assistant to join a dynamic team of Executive and Personal Assistants to provide top-tier administrative support to the Leadership Team at Te Toka Tumai Group. The primary goal of this role is to enable the Group Leadership Team (GLT) to operate with maximum efficiency and effectiveness in alignment with the organisation's strategic objectives.
In this role, you will provide administrative assistance to 2-3 functional leaders within the GLT.
To excel in this position, you must possess strong organisational skills, have a track record of working in a complex and fast-paced environment, have stellar communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

Minimum Requirements 5+ years' experience working in an executive environment and providing executive support to a senior manager/s or Director/s within a complex environment
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong keyboard skills with an advanced ability with the Microsoft suite of tools
An ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desired Skills Knowledge of Mahi e Taea staff payroll system
Knowledge of travel booking software
Web publishing experience
