About the Role:
Diverse Responsibilities: Engage in a dynamic role that includes diary and email management, travel arrangements, coordinating meetings, conferences, and events, and assisting in managing departmental costs. You will also provide project coordination and reporting input for various projects for the General Manager and their leadership team.
Strategic Support: Your role is essential in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of our Senior Leaders. You will be expected to hit the ground running, embracing the challenge, diversity, and scope this role offers.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Team Culture: Contribute to a positive team environment by managing a social calendar that celebrates the team's diversity, including facilitating events and celebrations.
