Personal Assistant

We prefer the candidate:

At least 3 year relating working experience or NZ Diploma in business qualification equivalent
Excellent research skills;
Excellent communication skills;
Excellent time management skills;
Reliable and able to work under pressure.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. work dairy – appointments and travel arrangement

Make appointments for the director
Arrange the appointment on time, location between the director and the client
Arrange the ticketing and accommodation booking for domestic/international traveling

2. phone calls

Make phone calls for the director, arrange phone call for the director through Wechat, Skype, multi party phone meeting
Arrange the potential clients' enquiries; filter the enquiry before pass to director

3. Take dictation and reply letters

Record minutes, take dictation and arrange meeting booking and facilities
Arrange the translation for business details

4. Process mails and maintain records

Research, prepare and format emails, letters and reports
Draft emails for the director and get approved before sent
Save all emails into our server for further records

5. Attend meetings and act accordingly

Arrange staff meeting with agenda
Arrange/schedule the training meeting for new regulations in the industry; prepare all necessary samples and documents
Attend events on behalf of the business when director is not available
Maintain website for the director

6. Research and prepare reports,

Prepare the marketing appraisal for the business
Prepare marketing text, organize the promotion with photo, signs, media
Market research for the business

7. Other duties as required
Location: AucklandTerm: Permanent full time positionWage: $31.61 per hourHours of work: Minimum 40 hours per weekShifted from Monday to Friday
