We are a Liquor & Beverage Company dedicated to sourcing the world's best Spirits, Liqueurs, Beer, and Café supplies for the New Zealand market. We have numerous products that are the world's most awarded and internationally renowned, plus we are always on the lookout for fantastic new brands for our portfolio. As our company is expanding, our Director is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Personal Assistant, to perform liaison, coordination, and organizational tasks.
This is a full-time position but not a 9-5, Monday to Friday job. Weekend and evening events are a regular part of each month. Assisting with events such as Home & Lifestyle Shows, in-store tastings, and others, are part of the position's responsibilities. Some out-of-town travel is required for this role.

Requirements:
NZQF level 7 qualification or higher in Business, or at least three years of experience.
Fluency in written and spoken English, Spanish, and basic spoken Portuguese is required.
General knowledge of HR operations and NZ employment law is required.
Strong knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, beer, and wine is required.
A License Control Qualification and Managers Certificate is preferred.
Exceptional communication, organizational, and administration skills.
Ability to liaise with various stakeholders and build relationships at a senior level.
Strong ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
Willingness to continually learn and develop.
A full, clean driver's license.
Responsibilities:
Providing comprehensive support to the Director by managing the agenda, preparing presentations, and handling various HR, Administrative, and Sales support tasks.
Supporting and organizing meetings for the Director.
Communicating with staff on matters relating to the company's operations.
Researching and preparing reports, briefing notes, and other routine documents.
Liaising with suppliers, customers, and other external parties.
Processing incoming and outgoing communications.
Planning and managing events including coordinating travel arrangements.
Keeping files, databases, forms, and certifications correct and updated.
We Offer:
Permanent, Full-time position.
Hourly rate of $30 - $33, commensurate with individual skills and experience.
Minimum of 40 hours per week.
A clean police record is required (you must be willing to submit to a police check). Drug testing is mandatory and ongoing.
