An opportunity to join a forward thinking multi-disciplined accounting firm exists for an enthusiastic and professional Personal Assistant.

We are a well-established mid-tier CA accounting practice based in the Perth CBD and offer a great culture, team and growth opportunities. We believe that staff need flexibility in their approach to balancing their work and the demands of everyday life!

As the successful candidate you will work under the leadership of highly experienced directors and managers and be part of a friendly, professional Business Advisory team.

The salary range for this role is $75,000 - $95,000 inclusive, depending on experience.

Key accountabilities and responsibilities
Diary and inbox management, coordinating meetings, liaising with clients and contacts, preparing presentations and other adhoc duties
Providing support to enable delivery of both internal and client-facing seminars and workshops
Preparation of a range of documentation and reports for internal or external distribution
Becoming familiar with and maintaining accurate data within the firm's client database
Travel and accommodation coordination
Prepare agendas and minutes for meetings both internal and external
Assist with LinkedIn profile management
From time to time, assisting the operations team with broader support duties for the firm
Qualifications & Experience

As the successful candidate, you will have:
A proactive mindset with an ability to manage multiple priorities
Proven executive level administration experience in a professional environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with attention to detail and excellent time management skills
Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
A desire for professional development and upskilling to broaden your opportunities within the firm
