Personal Assistant

Job Duties include but not limited to: Assist managing director to manage his work arrangement and meetings with clients Liaise with colleagues and tutors relating to the language institute's operation. screening telephone calls and answering inquiries Prepare and produce meeting minutes, reports, memoranda and other routine documents Attend meetings with or on behalf of managing director Consolidate agreements and other confidential files, and make sure the confidentiality May help to supervise and manage other admin staff Any other tasks required as a secretary Requirements: Relevant three-year or above work experience. This is not required if the qualification requirement is met A bachelor or above qualification. This is not required if the work experience requirement is met. Excellent communication skills. Mandarin is preferred. Good time management and organisational skills. Applicant must have a clean police record. Applicant must be able to do flexible working hours, including weekends and Public Holidays as the role requires.
