Seeking a highly driven and creative personal assistant to support a busy founder with personal and work tasks, with significant responsibilities and tasks that will grow with time.
This role is not just about supporting; it's about being a proactive, critical thinker and an extension of an individual. Your mission is to act as a second brain, understanding the intricacies of the executive mindset and anticipating the need to streamline processes and decision-making.
Responsibilities
Executive Support and Representation

Act as a proxy for the executive, managing communication and decision-making processes.
Maintain and manage the executive's schedule, ensuring efficient time management and prioritization of tasks.
Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity, representing the executive's interests.

Creative Problem-Solving and Initiative

Continuously seek innovative solutions to complex challenges.
Proactively identify areas of improvement and propose creative strategies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Take the initiative to start and complete projects with minimal guidance, demonstrating high independence and resourcefulness.

Communication and Collaboration

Over-communicate plans, thoughts, and actions to the executive team.
Work collaboratively with other assistants and team members to ensure a cohesive approach to task management.
Participate in team meetings, contributing ideas and feedback to improve overall team performance.

Requirements
Technical Skills

Experience in an executive assistant role or similar (3+ years preferred).
Proficiency in office management software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
Familiarity with project management tools and collaboration platforms (e.g., Notion, Asana, Slack).

Soft Skills

Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to think critically and make decisions under pressure.

Mentality

A "second-brain" mentality, with a focus on anticipating and preemptively addressing the needs of the executive.
Comfortable with a high degree of autonomy and decision-making authority.
An over-communicator who thrives in a remote working environment and understands the value of excessive transparency in this setting.
