We are inviting applications from highly competent, organised Personal Assistants, ideally with a health sector background.
As a PA to Service Managers, you will:
Provide high-level administrative support to the Service Managers, managing everything from scheduling and correspondence to meeting prep and follow-up.
Be the go-to person for organising and coordinating, ensuring all moving parts of the Clinical Support department align.
Assist in project planning and implementation, helping our team stay ahead in a fast-evolving healthcare environment.
Manage communications with staff, stakeholders, and partners - always with professionalism and a positive attitude.
Use your problem-solving skills to streamline processes, anticipate needs, and drive improvements.

Key requirements for this position include:
A detail-oriented multitasker with experience in an administrative or PA role, ideally within a healthcare setting.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to work well under pressure.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and a knack for picking up new systems quickly.
A proactive, can-do attitude and a genuine passion for supporting healthcare services.
A willingness to be flexible, innovative and undertake other duties as required.
Empathy and respect for individuals from diverse backgrounds.
The successful candidate must be eligible to work in New Zealand or hold a valid NZ visa at the time of applying.
